Mr Wu, aged 49, has been the Chief Accountant of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd, since November 2007 and joined the China Nonferrous Group in 1999, having since held numerous financial management roles within the Group.
Mr Wu has served as Director and Chairman of Golden Bright Insurance Broker Co., Ltd since March 2012, Director and Deputy Chairman of China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd since April 2015 and Director and Chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Int’l Mining Co., Ltd (the Company’s largest shareholder) since April 2015.
Mr Weili Tang
David is President of CNMIM. He graduated with master's degree in computer application from Central South University of Technology in the PRC in 1991. In the early 1990s he pioneered the trading system for the first nonferrous metals future commodity exchange in China.
Mr Li Li (Leonard Lee)(aged 49)
Mr.LiLi(李力), aged 49, is our executive director, our chief financial officer and our finance director. He was appointed as a Director on 24 April 2013. Mr. Li is mainly responsible for overall financial operations and financial reporting management. Mr. Li joined our Group on 21 January 2011. Since January 2011, he has been a director of Kryso England. Since October 2013, he has been a director of IMSSL. Since September 2011, he has been a director of Rally Trading (HK) Limited (瑞力貿易（香港）有限公司), the principal business of which is trading, where he is responsible for business development. Mr. Li has over 10 years of experience in business development roles.
From June 2008 to July 2011, he served as general manager of Top Consultant (Hong Kong) Company Limited, which is principally engaged in consultancy, where he was responsible for business development and investment consultancy.
Mr. Li obtained a bachelor’s degree in physics from Peking University (北京大學) in the PRC in July 1988 and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rochester, William E Simon School of Business Administration in the United States in June 2002.
Mr Pizhao Che
Mr. Che has approximately 27 years of experience in the legal profession. Mr. Che obtained a degree of master of laws from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States in May 1986.Between September 1986 and September 1999, he worked at the Law School of Jilin University with the last position as a professor. Since September 1999, he has been a professor in international economic law at the Law School of Tsinghua University. Since March 2012 he has served as independent director of Fangda Carbon New Material Co., Ltd.
Mirahmad Umarov graduated in 1980 from Tajik State University as a geologist specialising in geological mapping and mineral exploration. From 1980 to 1999, he worked for the Maghian Geological Expedition of Tajik Geology as an Engineer Geologist, then as a Senior Geologist and finally as Chief Geologist of numerous geological exploration parties. He was involved in the discovery and evaluation of the Jijikrut antimony deposit and the Chore, Eastern Duoba, Upper Kumarg and Chorroga gold deposits in Tajikistan. From 1999 to 2005 he was Chief Project and Exploration Geologist at the Jilau gold mine.
Youyu Li (Richard Li)
Chief Operating Officer of China Nonferrous Gold Limited
Richard has 28 years experience as engineer and manager for China ENFI Engineering Co. Ltd. and more recently as Vice President of CNMIM. At CNMIM Richard managed numerous projects including rehabilitation of gold mines, exploration of copper mines and acquisition of gold projects in countries such as Laos, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Australia.
